Shipping policy

At Lipaw, we've teamed up with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, as well as local couriers, to bring your orders right to your doorstep!

Payment and Processing

You'll be charged when you place your order, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. This process may take several days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Process

On average, we require 1-2 working days to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Sometimes, especially during major holidays or if there are stock availability issues, it may take longer (up to 10 days).

Once your order begins processing through our shipping department, we're unable to make any changes, including address changes. We'll ship to the address provided at checkout.

Please note that we only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Tracking

Every order is processed with a tracking number. You'll receive an email containing the tracking number once your order is dispatched to the carrier's sorting facility.

Please note that for some shipping companies, it may take several days for the tracking information to update in their system. If it's been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and there's still no tracking information, please reach out to us.

Deliveries Duration

Shipping times vary by country or region. Please note that specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed. Delivery times typically range between 7 to 15 business days.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, Lipaw cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. These factors may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

Your purchase may be subject to customs fees or duties in your country, which are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.

To understand the specific customs regulations and fees that may apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office. They will provide accurate and up-to-date information based on your location.

Please note that any customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event that a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lipaw is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows delivery to your address but you haven't received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your shipping carrier.

Please note: We use timestamp information from tracking links and delivery confirmations for damage or return requests. Failure to report may affect claim eligibility.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It's the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before placing an order. We start processing orders immediately, so changes can't be made after placement. Once processed, we're unable to retrieve orders for address changes.
